新型コロナウイルス感染症(COVID-19)に罹患された皆さま、および関係者の皆さまに心よりお見舞い申し上げます。

弊社では、2020年3月第一週目よりテレワークの導入、海外出張の禁止、そして直接面会する機会を最小限に抑えるための、新たなコミュニケーション方法を導入いたしました。

東京、大阪、湘南の各オフィスにおける稼働人数を抑え、一部の社員は在宅にてテレワークを行っております。また、事業所においては社会的距離と高い衛生を保ち、予防対策を強化しております。

弊社の事業（製造、新規およびアフターサービスのご提案、修理・メンテナンス、フィールドサービス等）は、感染拡大防止の対策を講じたうえで、活動を継続してまいります。

お客様からのご連絡に関しては、引き続き通常通りの方法にて承ります。

ご不便・ご迷惑をお掛けいたしますが、何卒ご理解のうえご容赦賜りますよう、お願い申し上げます。

To whom it may concern

Since first week of March, Alfa Laval KK has introduced work from home, banned foreign travel and embraced new communication methods to minimize the physical contact with customers. Over the weeks we increased the number of people following this rule.

From 08 April onwards only essential people in our offices in Tokyo, Osaka and Shonan will work in office and all other people will work from home. Essential people required in office will take social distancing measures ensuring high levels of hygiene in offices.

In the meantime, our operations (Production, New Products, Service Operation and Field Service) will continue working while taking social distancing measures.

You can contact us in the normal way, and we will continue to serve you.

We like to ask for your understanding of the situation and trust we can keep disruption to a minimal.

We wish all our stakeholders good luck in this difficult time and hope all will remain safe.
