By injecting CO2 during centrifugation, ProCarb produces instant carbonation of the highest quality. Inside the centrifuge strong G-forces combine to compress and fully dissolve the gas throughout the beer. In a matter of hours, you complete two processes that traditionally take days. The result is a properly carbonated beer, producing a tight and stable foamy head when poured.

ProCarb has greatly enhanced their carbonation process. When the product reaches the brite tank, it has already been centrifuged and is as clean as possible. It’s also pre-carbonated, eliminating the need for a carb stone or the entire carbonation step in the brite tank. The beer is about 97% ready to package at that stage. Before implementing the Brew 250 and ProCarb, beers would stay in the brite tanks for three to four days. Now, it’s reduced to just one or two days. This shorter process saves labor, time, and overall production costs.
