Unique Mixproofバルブの仕組み

最先端の横型ミックスプルーフバルブ

この横型ミックスプルーフタンクバルブは、実績のあるUnique Mixproofバルブの設計原理をベースにしており、アクチュエーター、ヨーク、シールなど多くの共通部品を採用しています。そのため、スペアパーツの共通化が可能で、メンテナンス性の向上とトータルコストの削減につながります。

Alfa Laval Unique Mixproof Horizontal Tank Valveは、さまざまなレベルのセンシングおよび制御機能に対応可能です。標準でシートリフト機能を備えており、2種類の製品を同時に処理することや、一方の流路で製品を安全に処理しながら、もう一方の流路でシートリフト洗浄を行うことができます。これにより、交差汚染のリスクを完全に排除します。

また、バルブボディのダブルタンジェンシャル設計により、特に**平底タンクの底部に設置した場合でも完全な排出性（ドレナビリティ）**を確保できます。

構造

Uniqueミックスプルーフ・バルブのコンセプトは、幅広い用途に対応するバルブボディ、バルブプラグ、アクチュエータ、洗浄オプション、付属品などの一連の基本コンポーネントをベースにしています。これらのコンポーネントを使用すると、お客様はプロセス要件にぴったり合ったUniqueミックスプルーフバルブを構築できます。

また、メンテナンスを容易にするために、Uniqueミックスプルーフには、静的なOリングの摩耗や損傷を事前に知らせる漏れ検知穴があります。オペレーターは、バルブを分解することなくいつでも視覚的に検査することができます。

動作原理

アルファ・ラバルのUnique ミックスプルーフバルブは、圧縮エアによって圧縮エアによって遠隔操作される常時閉（NC）バルブです。

2つの液体を分離するために、バルブには2つの独立したプラグシールがあります。2つのシールの間の空間は、漏洩チャンバーを形成します。不測の製品漏洩が発生した場合には、これが漏洩チャンバーへ流れ込み、漏洩出口を通じて排出されます。

バルブが開いている間、漏洩チャンバーは閉じています。 1 つのラインからべつのラインへ、漏れずに流すことができます。バルブは、特定のプロセス要件およびバルブ構造によって、容易に洗浄したりウォーターハンマーの影響から保護することができます。（バルブ作動中の漏出はありません）。

Unique Mixproofバルブはトップロード設計を採用しており、上部から簡単にアクセスできるため、メンテナンスが迅速かつ容易です。可動部に調整が不要で、メンテナンス性に優れたアクチュエーターと、すべてのシールに漏れ検知機能が内蔵されています。多くの衛生基準に適合しており、オプションでSpiralClean洗浄システムも搭載可能です。

Alfa Laval Unique mixproof valves feature two independent plugs, which means that a single Unique mixproof valve can often replace two or more valves of other types.

Exceptional spillage-free operation

A state-of-the-art double-seat design provides long-lasting, spillage-free operation thus minimizing the risk of product contamination. The use of double lip seals provides added protection to ensure safe and hygienic operation.

Easy valve to maintain and clean

Unique mixproof valves feature a top-loaded design, making maintenance fast and easy. It also features no adjustable components, a maintenance-friendly actuator and built-in leakage detection on all seals. Unique mixproof valves meet most hygienic standards and can be supplied with the optional SpiralClean cleaning system.

Unique SeatClean is the choice for standard installations that handle products with solids. Seat lift during normal cleaning procedures cleans the plugs and seats. A balanced lower plug eliminates the risk of mixing products by pressure shock or when the pressure in the pipe is high.

Unique UltraClean meets the highest demands for hygienic processing of sticky products, products with high content of solids, or applications that require close-to-aseptic conditions. It features an actuator with integrated seat lift, balanced upper and lower plugs and SpiralClean.

Unique Mixproof UltraPure valve is devolved and designed meet the stringent demands of the biotech- and pharmaceutical industries. This valve solution ensures a higher degree of plant flexibility resulting in optimized plant efficiency without compromising product safety. Unique Mixproof HighClean

Unique HighClean meets your processing needs when dealing with sticky products. SpiralClean ensures thorough cleaning of the spindles, upper and lower plugs and in the leakage chamber. With balanced upper and lower plug, the configuration of this valve protects against the effects of high pressure and water hammer.
