MultiSystem
Het zelfvoorzienende en semi-automatische Alfa Laval MultiSystem in hygiënisch design is een flexibel en multifunctioneel membraanfiltratiesysteem voor voedselverwerking. Het werkt met MF, UF, NF en RO crossflow-processen en kan batch-, semi-batch- en continue modi draaien. Het systeem is geschikt voor het volledige assortiment 8,0"-spiraalgewonden membranen van Alfa Laval, inclusief de hitte- en pH-bestendige Alfa Laval pHt™ membranen.

Applications
Met een hygiënisch ontwerp is het Alfa Laval MultiSystem voor crossflow-membraanfiltratie ideaal voor een breed scala aan voedseltoepassingen, variërend van de zuivering van eiwitten, suiker & zetmeel, concentratie van peptide- en aminostromen, terugwinning van water uit condensaten – of de productie van RO-waterkwaliteit voor diafiltratie.
Hoe het werkt
Het sanitaire Alfa Laval MultiSystem is een semi-automatisch en volledig geïntegreerd, skid-gemonteerd membraanfiltratiesysteem dat eenvoudig kan worden aangesloten op de voor- en nabehandelingsprocesstappen, waardoor installatietijd en -kosten worden geminimaliseerd.
Het basis Alfa Laval MultiSystem wordt geleverd met alle noodzakelijke sanitaire componenten zoals pompen, behuizingen, voedings-/CIP-tank, kleppen, warmtewisselaars, transmitters, fittingen en bedieningspaneel.
Het PLC-gebaseerde besturingssysteem zorgt voor automatische regeling van productiesequenties, waaronder debiet, VCF (Volumetric Concentration Factor), temperatuur, tankniveau, druk en diafiltratievolume of -verhouding.
Interne datalogging is eenvoudig uit te lezen via USB.
Options
Het basis Alfa Laval MultiSystem is verder beschikbaar met de optionele uitrusting:
- Eén extra behuizing om het spiraalmembraanoppervlak met 50% te vergroten
- Online monitoring en dataverzameling
- Externe monitoring en bediening (VNC) en verzameling via directe aansluiting op Profinet- of modemverbindingen (beveiligde VPN)

All materials used for the production of Alfa Laval membranes, in both spiral-wound and flat-sheet membrane designs and configurations, comply with EU Regulation (EC) 1935/2004, EU Regulation 10/2011, EU Regulation (EC) 2023/2006 and FDA regulations (CFR) Title 21. The membranes are thus suitable for use within food and pharmaceutical processing applications.
These compliance also extend to the equipment and fittings related to membrane operations, including items such as plate-and-frame units, element housings and pumps.
